Marketing Assets

Use of trademarks and copyright protected materials are prohibited, unless expressly authorized. This notification serves as an agreement between Earth Science Laboratories, Inc. (also known as ESL) and an Authorized Dealer. By receiving this notification, and using the materials referenced in it, the Authorized Dealer is agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use. All marketing materials, media, product photography and logos belonging to ESL are protected by copyright. They are collectively referred to as “Marketing Assets”. ESL grants the Authorized Dealer, and their representatives, limited and non-exclusive rights to use of the Marketing Assets made available in the Dealer Portal. This use is restricted to marketing, advertising and promotion of the PristineBlue® product line in a positive manner and in compliance with the Logo Use Guidelines. These guidelines are provided for review with the Marketing Assets. ESL reserves full rights to the Marketing Assets. ESL may revoke the limited use rights granted to the Authorized Dealer at any time due to misuse or non-compliance and may terminate this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, by written notice, with immediate effect.
